Food was good. Took way too long to receive my meal in the drive through. We were the first and only order they had and it took 10 minutes.
Aside from fulfilling my human need for food this Wendy's was absolutely awful. Cashier was carrying on conversations with her co worker who appeared to be on break the whole visit. The cashier also seemed to think her ringing up orders wrong was humorous. Couldn't give me information in the different combo prices and eventually just rang me up for a large. My friend was accompanying me on the visit and it took about 15 minutes for him to receive his Dave's single. Needless to say a change of management is well over due. I will not be eating here again.
Anytime we order more than 2 things, this location has royally messed up our order. Things are either forgotten or the order is made incorrectly. Most recently we ordered two 4 for 4 meals. We asked for the sandwiches be plain. It's on the receipt as plain. The sandwiches have everything on it and are saturated with mayo. We asked for BBQ and ketchup for the nuggets. No sauce was given. If you eat here, double check yourbag before leaving.
The food was not good. My husband's fries looked like they had been cooked awhile. My salad had water in the bottom of it. Don't think I will stop again.
Good food. Service good considering how busy they were. Visited on Sat. May 20 2017. Wetumpka al. We eat at this location often. There has recently been a new crew member running the register. She is obviously not happy to be there. Never smiles or makes eye contact at the customer... She slammed my drink cup in front of me. This is non acceptable behavior for someone working the front line.
