But Please get rid of the Garbage Channels. Get more that are interesting. Just a thought. It is a Pain not being able to buy a universal Remote for the Cable Box. I must look for the remote, when it's not at my Chair. Just a thought.
Convenient location. I went on a Saturday and they were closed. However, they did have an equipment drop box, which I utilized. They even had a spot for padded envelopes to put your equipment in, however, they were out of them.
Talk about the biggest group of incompetent jerks. My appointment yesterday was between 2-4pm and I made it very clear that I wouldn't be at my house after 4. The technician didn't show up so I called to let them know they didn't come and went ahead and rescheduled for 8-10am the following day. These people called me 5 times (different representative each time) for whatever reason. I clearly let each representative know that I wanted the 8-10am slot the next morning and they ensured me that my appointment was set. I get a call this morning and the first thing out of her mouth is, "we had a technician out to your house yesterday, but he said you weren't home. Would you like to reschedule?" So I let her know exactly what happened (tech was late and didn't show up until 6:15pm) and told her that I had an 8-10am appointment today... welp, there was no record of that! So I talked to to Jasmine, Latoya, Andrea and not a damn one of them got the message I was trying to relay? This company sucks and their employees SUCK.
They're expensive and the services don't work half of the time. Trying to speak to someone on the phone you go through loops and then most of the time it's not English people who can't understand you and you can't understand them. Very disappointed in their services.
Absolutely the worst service possible. Continually having problems with my internet and all they want to do about it is say that there is nothing wrong and it must be my router. Apparently I must have gotten 3 different routers that don't work.
