Over the years Lowe's has been excellent. Even to the point while being helped by Wayne in Appliances outstanding. We had received a call that all 4 appliances we're ready for deliver. I asked the earliest they could be delivered and we said 8-12 on Sunday (today). It is now almost 3 pm and still not here. I called and spoke to Barry the mgr a 1:20 and he said he would call me back with an update. At 2:30 I called back and Barry had left for the day. (Great customer service!..…never called me with update). I did speak to Otis Williams who was the only one who was helpful today. For your info..if you buy appliances pick them up yourself, at least you know when you will get them. We had plans this afternoon that we had to cancel. Thank you Otis for at least letting us know the truth, that we are last of the day! To add to our experience yesterday...the delivery team for Lowes was awesome...Quinton and his assistant were at our house for about 3 hours taking apart the refrigerator to get through the front door. These two individuals were friendly, professional and worn out by the time they finished after a long day of deliveries..to go back to my original post yesterday...Lowe's Wetumpka has a serious logistic scheduling problem....you cannot expect two people to work as hard to ensure deliveries are accomplished in one day. They were supposed to be there by noon. Because of Wayne and the delivery guys I have modified my rating from 1 to 3.. Great job to Quinton and his assistant!
Flo needs to be trained on customer service because hers is AWFUL

Went and asked for help and a lady named Flo basically told me I had no clue what I wanted. Took me to see metal wire holders after I specifically told her that wasn't what I wanted. The woman Flo was very rude and snobby.
