Purchased treats for my dog .. product put her in the hospital 5days.. $1500.00 vet bill.. I see FDA finally announced the warning .. walmart removed the product.. walmart is not responsible for any bad products they distribute.. attempted contact with distributor in China.. that was a waste of my time .. hired attorney.. 12 mos has passed.. no response.. .. bad experience..
I had Christmas shopping to do, and I accomplished almost all of it at this Walmart. They have a great variety and it is laid out very simply. The staff is always courteous and friendly. They help me anytime I can't find an item. I shop here almost daily. Some of the employees even know me by name. Great place to shop!
I don't know what I'd do without Wal-Mart. It's got the great low prices. And good customer care.
My husband returned some items this morning. Only one in line. Some fat black woman (we believe a off-duty fellow employee) was cashing a check, and she and the employee behind the counter were jackjawing and laughing like they were the only people in the store. No acknowledgement that we were even in line! The off-duty 'lady' (using the term VERY loosely!) was running off at the mouth at us. 10 min. later when they finally got done visiting, the employee behind the counter was very rude to us. We as consumers pay their salaries to get treated like second-class citizens!
Came to return a new TV that was used and was told I would have to wait a hour for CS to open. Asked for a mgr and got the same response. No apology from anyone. Asked them to call store mgr and said I would have to wait for him to get here. Again no apology. Why call them mgrs if they can't do anything? They have no concept of customer service.
