Staff was very rude when questioned about my bill. I paid around $700.00 for work on my 2 children, which is what they said it would cost me. When I received a bill for another $60.00 I call and questioned it. I was told it was something with the insurance so I didn't think much more about it. I received a bill for $80.00 with a threat to turn me into a collection agency. When I spoke to them again they said the first $700.00 was what they thought it would be after my insurance so I owed them. I said I will pay the $60.00 but disputed the $20.00 for "rebiiiling". I had until a certain day to pay it before it was to be turned into collections but when I went there 3 days before it was supposed to be turned in they refused my money. They said it had already been turned in to the collection agency. I had to make 3 trips up to their office to get it paid and cleared off my credit. Ridiculous!!!
Dr. Barrett and his entire staff are always so friendly and eager to please. My entire family uses him and we have never had any issues. He definitely goes above and beyond for his patients.
Our whole family goes to Dr. Barrett and staff. Our experience is always good. The staff is very kind and attentive. Our three kids look forward to going to the dentist. We left another practice to come see him and do not regret it.
Dentist Barrett is awesome though. Just needs to rethink the staff.
For 60 years I was terrified of dentists, even having panic attacks before and during dental work. I've been using Dr. Barrett for several years, and now (almost) look forward to my appointments. I wish I had found him many years ago (but he wasn't born yet). I am so fortunate to have him as my dentist. He and his entire staff are absolutely the BEST! Tanya D'Arciprete
