Prompt friendly service with pickup and drop off, smooth rental process
Don't rent from this company at all! It had the worst customer service and shady rental schemes. I was given a car that was previously smoked in and then became sick due to me being allergic to smoke! I was told I would be taken care of for my inconvenience. I needed to cancel my plans due to being so sick and since I had driven over the state line I could not change out my car. No phone call came, no price adjustment and they even forget to apply the military discount. Use any other company other than this one and you will have a better deal.
Not thrilled with the Jeep Compass we got, but customer service was good. No real complaints and would go back.
