I wanted to post about my personal experience with Collier Ford. I have had the honor of working for this amazing family owned company for some time and have been totally impressed with their business ethics and dealings within the community. I have learned that this family does whatever it takes to make and keep customers happy for life. I have watched them give, give, and give somemore. You can be confident that there are two sides to every story. It is impossible to make everyone happy but you can be sure that the Collier family will certainly try. We purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Collier Ford. We found the staff there to be knowledgeable and friendly. Once we decided to purchase, we were in a time crunch. They were very efficient and did a great job getting our paperwork done. We are enjoying our Escape and will definitely go back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.
I took my F250 in today to have the front brakes serviced because the other local Ford dealer told me I needed new pads during my LAST (and I mean the last time they ever see my truck again) service 6000 miles ago.
Collier Fords service team took my truck in put it on the lift and inspected my brakes only to tell me there is nothing wrong with my pads and they have 20-30k miles left on them. They could have took my money and changed them but they chose to be honest. They didn't even charge me for the time they spent looking at my truck.
My experiences at Collier Ford have all been wonderful! We have bought 5 vehicles from them, and have had all of them serviced there. Every employee is professional & takes care of their customers. From my salesman, Byron to the business office, to the service department, I have been completely satisfied with every aspect. If you like being treated as family, this is a terrific place to do business!
I have had 2 great experiences with buying cars at Collier Ford. The people there are so friendly, they have a great selection of vehicles to choose from, and the environment is welcoming. My salesman, Byron, was a great person to deal with. He was friendly and very helpful! The service department at Collier is also a great place to use. I get all my oil changes done here and it's always been a good experience. For example: they don't get grease spots all over your car. They take good care of your vehicle and I would 10/10 recommend buying your next car at Collier or just getting your service done there!
