I've always had a great time whenever I've kayaked here! The staff has always been very accommodating and outgoing. Only downside compared to their competition is that they have you pay ahead of time, and depending on weather; that's sometimes a bad idea, but in their defense; they will allow you to switch to another day if that happens or if you just want to switch it after purchase.
Great place. Helpful and friendly staff.. The owner goes out of his way, above and beyond to help anyone, even if they are not customers.
The people, smiles, and service are only surpassed by the natural beauty of the river here. We enjoyed all of our experience here. We will definitely return soon.

I've been kayaking with COC since I was a freshman at Auburn, and 10 years later I still love to go back. The owners are the kindest people and it's obvious they truly love what they do. Affordable rates, good quality boats, and the gorgeous Coosa River make this the perfect trip, every time.

The owners Karen and Lonnie are wonderful people! They offer clean, well maintained sites, showers and bathrooms as well. Parking is easy and plentiful- even if you don't have a truck. Pic-nic tables and trails are plentiful, and if you forget something at home, they just might have it in the store.
